Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate (TDF)

Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) belongs to a class of antiviral medications called nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs). It blocks the activity of reverse transcriptase in HIV, and HBV polymerase in Hepatitis B, preventing the viruses from multiplying.
